A bit about me.
Hi, I'm Kerry Farrell.
I'm a divorce coach and mentor, but Team Rebuild was born from something much closer to home.
​
I've watched people I care about go through divorce and separation, and I've seen first-hand how differently men and women are supported through it. Women have networks, conversations, and communities. Men are so often handed a brave face and expected to carry on.
​
I couldn't accept that. Not when the statistics tell us that separated men are nearly five times more likely to die by suicide than married men. Not when I could see the gap with my own eyes and knew I had the skills and the drive to do something about it.
​
Team Rebuild is the community I wish had existed for the men I love. It's built with care, designed around what men going through this experience actually need, and underpinned by a genuine belief that rebuilding after divorce isn't just possible.
